• 1. Nature of Services

  Broker Setup L.L.C-FZ (the “Company”) provides professional management consultancy, marketing management, commercial brokerage and operational support services. The Company is not a financial institution, broker-dealer, or payment service provider. The Company does not provide regulated legal, financial, or investment advice.

• 2. No Funds Handling & No Trading

  The Company does not:
  Hold, safeguard, or manage client trading funds, investment assets, or crypto-assets.
  Execute or manage trading transactions.
  Access and manage client trading accounts.
  Any payments made to the Company are solely for consultancy, coordination, or related services provided by the Company.

• 3. Third-Party Disclaimer

  Introductions to banks, liquidity providers, technology vendors or other third-party service providers are made as part of consultancy and coordination services. The Company does not guarantee approvals, performance, or service quality of third parties. Any engagement with third parties is entered into directly between the Client and the respective provider.

• 4. No Guarantees of Outcome

  Due to the nature of regulatory and banking environments, the Company makes no guarantees regarding:
  Success of license applications or bank account openings.
  Specific timelines or business profitability. All services are provided on a “best-efforts” basis.

• 5. Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or trading losses) arising from the use of our website or consultancy.

• 6. Service Agreement Precedence

  These website Terms provide a general framework. Any specific engagement for services will be governed by a separate written Service Agreement. In case of conflict, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

• 7. Governing Law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
